Spoken Tangle Lesson Pattern # 209

Spoken is a beautiful tangle by Maria Thomas, I always love the simple tangles that come from Zentangle HQ. They are so elegant and fun to do. Easy for me to remember and reproduce.

Pictures to come,
Today is my moms Funeral, I have had this filmed for a few weeks.  I could not post until Zentangle HQ posted it in the general newsletter.  It just so happens it was on the day of my moms funeral. I do have some great examples to show you they will come later along with the stepout link.

What's In a Name Tangle Pattern Lesson # 208

"What's in a name? that which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." by William Shakespeare is a wonderful concept that Molly from ZH talked about in her blog last week.

I so understand the trouble with names of tangles. For one I can't remember them and second I see so many that are so much alike.

Love the world of tangling so "What's In a Name? Enjoy the lesson.

Fluxeed Tangle Lesson Pattern # 207

Terri Delaune is the creator of this tangle she states here: Hi Melinda, I created a new Pattern, or a tanglation. I have it deconstructed into 3 steps but it is easily drawn the way you teach 1,2,3. I'm sending this to you simply because your Mooka and 1,2,3 is one of my favorite videos I called it Fluxeed because it is Maria's flux in a seed. Thanks Terri I hope I did it justice I love it also.

Cross Ur Heart Tangle Pattern Lesson #206

Jenna Black has another wonderful tangle, adding the black made all the difference to me in this tangle. I love the meditative quality of this tangle. I was able to "Zen" my way right through this one. It makes a great focal point on any art work of tile.

M Anning Tangle Lesson Pattern #205

M-Anning by Teresa Clerc is one of those tangles you just fall in love with. When they happen by accident you love them even more. Mary Anning was a self-educated fossil hunter and collector. Thanks Teresa for this tangle.
